Michelle Suter will be presenting to attorneys and accountants May 13, 2016 at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites at 10920 Nall Ave. in Overland Park, KS on the topic of Mergers and Acquisitions of Private Companies as a part of the Business Law Boot Camp seminar presented by National Business Institute. By sharing insights and best practices learned through her experience in this area on both the buyer and seller sides, Michelle hopes to help participants key in on the most important facets of the deal for their clients and give them tips and suggestions to see the broader perspective from the business side while also touching on the mechanics involved in the documentation and due diligence involved in these transactions. Michelle Suter will share insights, tips and best practices July 16, 2015 at the Lindsborg Conference hosted by KWAA on the campus of Bethany College.
